Can't I just ask ChatGPT about my brand myself?
You can, and you should! But one chat is an anecdote, not a measurement. Engines give different answers every run, and they answer you (someone typing your own brand name) differently than a stranger asking "best tool for X". The audit asks 20 buyer-phrased questions, 4 times each, on all four engines: 320 answers, scored for rank, sentiment and share of voice against your competitors, in a report you can re-run after making fixes to prove the needle moved.
What exactly is the Vouch Score?
A 0–100 measure of how visible you are when AI engines answer buyer questions in your category. It blends how often you're mentioned, how prominently you rank in answers, your share of voice against competitors, and whether the engines' trusted sources cite you.
Why sample the same prompt multiple times?
AI answers are probabilistic: ask the same question five times and you can get five different shortlists. Single runs mislead. We sample each prompt repeatedly on every engine so your score reflects reality, not one lucky roll.
